- What is Foundations?
- Foundations focuses on core techniques and skills that benefit players at every stage of their development. Our curriculum is tailored to different ages and ability levels, and coaches assess each player to place them in a group that challenges them and helps them grow.
- What is the SAQ Program?
- SAQ stands for Strength, Agility, and Quickness. The program helps players move more efficiently, react faster, and improve balance, coordination, and explosive movement — all key to becoming a sharper, more confident player on the field.
- Is this just for beginners, or is it for high-performance players?
- Our programs are built for all levels. Whether your player is new to the game or competing at a high level, our coaches adjust the intensity and focus to meet them where they are, ensuring every session challenges and supports continued growth.
- Do you offer memberships or is it by session?
- We offer both. Players can join through a monthly membership for consistent training and the best value, or register by session for added flexibility. Memberships provide structured and continuous progress, while single sessions are perfect for trying a program or fitting training around a busy schedule.
- What is an Add-on?
- An Add-on is an optional program or extra session that complements regular training. Add-ons target specific areas such as specialized SAQ, Goalie Training, Finishing & Striking, or Speed and Running Form, giving players more opportunities to focus and grow. Add-ons are included in Performance, Elevate and Elite memberships, or can be purchased separately at the non-member rate.
- Can parents watch sessions?
- Yes! Parents are welcome to watch from our viewing lounge or designated areas. We encourage families to enjoy the atmosphere and see the development process unfold up close — court-side, just steps from the action. Our facility is designed to bring parents and spectators right into the experience, sharing in the excitement and joy of every session.
- What should players bring?
- Players should bring indoor shoes or flats, shin guards, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Jerseys or pinnies are provided during training. Players in SAQ should wear soft-sole court shoes that will not mark up the specialized Gray-Top court.
- Do you offer girls-only programs?
- Yes. Real Futbol offers a girls-only programs called Ignite that includes programming for multiple age groups, led by experienced coaches who create a supportive, empowering environment focused on development and confidence.
- What ages do you train?
- We currently train competitive players ages 8 to 16 and recreational players from ages 4 to 7. Each group follows a tailored curriculum that aligns with their stage of growth and development.
- What is the player-to-coach ratio?
- We keep our sessions small and focused, typically with a maximum of 6 players per coach. This ensures personalized attention, quality feedback, and a strong connection between coach and player.
- How are players grouped?
- Players are grouped by age and ability. Our coaches assess each player’s current skill level and adjust their group placement to ensure an appropriate challenge and continued progress.
- Do you run programs year-round?
- Yes. Real Futbol offers year-round training through seasonal cycles, camps, and leagues. Players can stay active and continue progressing throughout the year with options that fit their schedule both inside our facility or as part of our outdoor programming.
