- What is Foundations?
- Foundations centres on fun and engaging play for children ages 4 to 7, using age focused activities and equipment that keep them curious, active, and eager to join in.
- What is High Performance?
- High Performance is advanced, high intensity training designed to help players ages 8 or older improve faster, play smarter, and compete at a higher level. It is our most demanding environment, giving motivated players the chance to push their limits while developing the physical, technical, and mental qualities needed for success.
- What is Pro Pathway?
- Pro Pathway is our advanced training program for players preparing for higher levels of the game who want a clear, structured route toward collegiate, semi professional, or professional environments.
- What is SAQ?
- SAQ stands for Strength, Agility, and Quickness. The program helps players move more efficiently, react faster, and improve balance, coordination, and explosive movement, key to becoming a sharper, more confident player on the field.
- Is this just for beginners, or is it for high-performance players?
- Our programs are built for all levels. Whether your player is new to the game or competing at a high level, our coaches adjust the intensity and focus to meet them where they are, ensuring every session challenges and supports continued growth.
- Do you offer memberships or is it by session?
- We offer both. Players can join through a monthly membership for consistent training and the best value, or register by session for added flexibility. Memberships provide structured and continuous progress, while single sessions are perfect for trying a program or fitting training around a busy schedule.
- Do you train teams?
- Yes. We train teams through our Powered By Real Futbol program, which delivers high quality team sessions focused on technical development, physical conditioning, and game intelligence. Training can be tailored to your age group, objectives, and season needs.
- Can parents watch sessions?
- Yes! Parents are welcome to watch from our viewing lounge or designated areas. We encourage families to enjoy the atmosphere and see the development process unfold up close — court-side, just steps from the action. Our facility is designed to bring parents and spectators right into the experience, sharing in the excitement and joy of every session.
- What should players bring?
- Players should bring indoor shoes or flats, shin guards, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Jerseys or pinnies are provided during training. Players in SAQ should wear soft-sole court shoes that will not mark up the specialized Gray-Top court.
- Do you offer girls-only programs?
- Yes. Real Futbol offers a girls-only programs called Ignite that includes programming for multiple age groups, led by experienced coaches who create a supportive, empowering environment focused on development and confidence.
- What ages do you train?
- We offer programs for players of all ages because developing oneself is a journey unique to every individual. Our tailored curriculum aligns with each player’s stage of growth and development, helping them to pursue their goals, whatever those goals may be.
- What is the player-to-coach ratio?
- We keep our sessions small and focused, typically with a maximum of 6 players per coach. This ensures personalized attention, quality feedback, and a strong connection between coach and player.
- How are players grouped?
- Players are grouped by age and ability. Our coaches assess each player’s current skill level and adjust their group placement to ensure an appropriate challenge and continued progress.
- Do you run programs year-round?
- Yes. Real Futbol offers year-round training through seasonal cycles. Players can stay active and continue progressing throughout the year with options that fit their schedule both inside our facility or as part of our outdoor programming.
- Could I rent the facility?
- Yes. You can rent the facility for private training, team sessions, parties, or special events. Availability varies based on the day and the needs of your group. You can book a free appointment through our membership platform to discuss your requirements.
- Do you offer trainings outside the facility?
- Yes. We offer off site training for individuals, teams, clubs, and academies. As long as the location meets safety and space requirements, we can deliver the same high quality programming at your field or facility.
