Program Overview: The Speed & Sprint Mechanics Program is designed to help athletes run faster, move efficiently, and understand the technical side of sprinting. Led by Coach Chad, a sprint coach with track experience training athletes from across Ontario and Canada. This program blends sprint mechanics, acceleration training, and form correction to build faster, more powerful movers on the field.
- Who It’s For: Athletes ages 10+ looking to improve their speed, explosiveness, and sprinting technique. Open to all soccer players and multi-sport athletes.
- Duration: 6-week program | 1-hour sessions | One session per week.
- Location: Real Futbol Training Facility – Turf Field.
